A few things you should know:

• We never have (and never will) operate a call centre or make any outbound calls at all. We only sell database software. The responsibility of any calls you receive is solely on the caller.
• We don't list any personal information - only publicly available information (similar to the White & Yellow Pages etc).
• We have had many recent reports of telemarketing companies are claiming they received their data from us despite never purchasing our data. These operations are using our well known name and 30 year history as a quick and easy deflection to their data source enquiries. This means it's unlikely that your details are actually in our database(s).

If you still believe your data is contained within our database(s) and want it removed we have set up a database removal form in good faith for those users who would like to request their details be removed from future editions of our software.
